Introduction
Working with Specialized Literature and Studies
I continuously engage with current specialized literature and scientific studies in the fields of nutrition, nature, and holistic health. My goal is to comprehend complex subject matter, structure the available information, and convey it in a manner that is understandable, practical, and accessible. In doing so, I remain free of ideological bias and contextualize findings to empower readers to form their own independent, well-founded opinions.
Practical Connection to Nature
My knowledge is not based solely on books and academic studies. As a certified mushroom expert and trained herbalist, I spend a great deal of time out in nature. I gather mushrooms, wild herbs, and edible plants; I observe seasonal cycles and habitat conditions; and I translate this knowledge into everyday practice: What grows when? Where does it grow? How do food sources change throughout the seasons, and how can this knowledge be applied to our diet? To complement this, I grow my own vegetables and herbs on my terrace, weaving together foraging, cultivation, and cooking into a unified way of life.
